Well, this would take a long time...
About five years after the last release for me a new release would make sense only if installer skript, GUI, and many internal parts of TLH would be updated or rewritten. And a help file would be great.
For testing all the (pre-)alpha/beta/rc releases a lot of testers would be needed, because I don't have the time to test all this extensively with Windows releases from XP to 10 (32/64-bit). Plus I'd need some assistance writing the help file.
So, any volunteers?
