Try a program called Total Recorder. You can plug your md player into your sound card, play from your md player and record to a .wav file on your computer. You can split the whole .wav file into individual tracks. If you buy the professional edition for like 30 bucks, you also get a decent graphic equalizer and the fade in/out functionality. It's a very good program for a decent price.
