I can now use both the X-Server and TLH (or shntool, more correctly
).
It never even occurred to me that cygwin1.dll was simply a requirement of shntool (which is why I said "may have found a bug" versus "I found a bug"
). Didn't even think of trying something as basic as copying the newer .dll file to the Windows directory....
