Utorrent only seeds while it's downloading. How do I keep seeding after download is finished.

Keep your computer turned on and uTorrent running (you'll need to have any peer(s) (leechers) to upload to)

a lot of ISPs are traffic shaping these days and will restrict upload bandwidth when no download bandwidth is being used for x minutes.
