Question for a newbie - where do I request a repost?

Hi all:

Still figuring TTD out (though my ratio might suggest otherwise - will fix presently.) I'm trying to figure out where I should make a request for a repost of a show that was seeded here but is now in the inactive section. Would I create a new thread here or somewhere else?
