Audio torrentl policy question

I downloaded a Talking Heads concert years ago and burned the SHN files on a CD for archiving. It wasn't an audio CD.

Does that count as a generation?

The original check sums say everything is still kosher if that makes a difference.

if the md5's and all are still fine and can be verifyied there is no generation seed on :)
