a bit confused about the video rules

I have approx 300 audience recorded video between 90-96 you have a number on you site alrerady. I am about 2/3 of the way through converting them. They are from 8 mm video camara and i have copied most to avi. As the software i have did not give me the option to turn straight into dvd format. IS your site interested or will i have to find a way of turning them into DVD format direct from 8mm Thanks

What hardware/software did you use to capture your Video-8 tapes?
You say that the videos are in the AVI container - did you encode them to XviD/DivX (bad) or did you use the DV-AVI codec (good!)?

Regardless of how your tapes were transferred, all video torrents on this site must be in the DVD (.VOB, .ifo, .bup) format. You will not be able to seed your AVI files.
