Program for making Blu-Ray screen captures

Does anyone know of any programs out there that allow you to take screen captures from Blu-Rays? I can't find anything out there. Any help would be appreciated.

Any media player program can make screen captures nowadays.

PowerDVD won't let you do screen captures for Bluray only DVD. Hollywood ordered Cyberlink (makers of PowerDVD) to remove this capability because "it might be used for copying".

I use VLC for all my screen captures. I'm told dvdfab media player is good too.
