I am fairly new to this great site. How do I ask for a show to be re-seeded?

You could post in the original torrent's thread if there are no seeders showing or, if the thread is closed / otherwise inaccessible, you could post in the ISO (In Search Of) forum for either Audio or Video torrent sections.
