I swear I saw a thread for this a long time ago, but I couldn't find it...how do I run a search for The Who and get some actual results??? Thanks for helping an idiot.

From the torrents page near the top under the search bar:
For U2 and The Who, use tag search (U2 (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/tags.php?tag=U2) / The Who (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/tags.php?tag=the+who)).

Also go to search tab, choose "Advanced Search" keyword "Townshend" "Search Entire Posts" and choose the appropriate location. for instance - "Audio Torrents". Here's what I came up with:

The tag search will work. "Townshend" may or may not work well (band members are listed sometimes, but many times are not).
I would use a combination of songs that are likely to have been played.
For example, searching for "generation" & "baba" provides 20 pages. At least the first 5 pages are entirely The Who. http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/search.php?searchid=7902787

All U2/The Who shows were individually tagged when the Tag Search feature was implemented - no need to second guess.
use tag search (U2 (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/tags.php?tag=U2) / The Who (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/tags.php?tag=the+who)).
