I just uploaded this http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=87474 and when utorrent ran the check it says I have 0%. Any idea what the problem may be?

clear the torrent from your client (utorrent)>
'reload" the torrent from your upload page>
point to the correct/unaltered folder
