My ISP has throttled BT for years, but now it's almost at a standstill. I can't upload faster then 10k a second. It takes me 2 days to share a show now.

Downloading has also slowed down. With this in mind I signed up for 1 month at VPNMaster. After reading through their terms of service they reserve the right to limit you to 2 gigs a day. That's actually not too bad but I'm sure there will be times where I'd like to go over. It SUCKS I'm going to have to pay a monthly fee to be able to use the limited bandwidth my ISP provides.

I'm not overly network savvy and to be honest I just discovered VPN's last night and decided to try one. I'm still waiting for the information which they say takes up to 48hrs to get so I'm not sure how well this will work.

If anyone has any other suggestions on how I can beat this throttling please let me know. thanks

Not cheap as VPN, but way more convenient.

I second the seedbox suggestion-
I used one for over a year and got tons of speed and a nice ratio boost at every site I used.
Just don't grab the first one suggested- maybe ask other users or go with someplace that has been around for awhile.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
PM me and I can suggest someone if you want.
