How to Burn a DVD5 on a Mac?

This is a very basic question but after downloading the DVD5 torrent how do you burn the DVD?

dvd imaginer (free) and then disc utility (already on your mac) work nicely.

or Burn for mac (which is also free)

Many thanks for all your swift advice. In the end I downloaded IMGburn (free) on my PC and it all worked a treat
