How do I delet alll my PM messages as it is very full. I tried but
nothing happepned.

when you go to your inbox, first check the box on the top right to "select all", then scroll all way down and change the drop down from "move to folder" to "delete". Rinse and repeat for the next page until they are all deleted.

Finally, go to "sent items" (on far left column in your pm screen) and repeat the previous steps until everything is cleared.
