Torrent that where released as commercial vinyls in the past?

I just noticed a Torrent here where I have a commercial double vinyl LP from the 70's with 11 out of the posted 14 songs from this concert.
It turns out the artist himself had this particular show broadcasted via FM radio completely. The mentioned selection of the songs was after wards released as a commercial vinyl.
This vinyl has been out of print for more than 2o years now.

What is the situation here :hmm:

Is this in reference to the Alexis Korner & friends 50th birthday that I posted from the original FM broadcast..... if so, it's not a torrent of the 'out of print album', it's a torrent of the FM broadcast that preceded the vinyl. The vinyl also has a different mix, and different tracks.......
