download the .torrent file to yer comp [right click > Save As on a PC...Open Apple + click on Mac]

run the .torrent file in whatever bit torrent client you usually use

fwiw, this is all covered in our FAQs:
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/faq.php?

download managers usually don't run torrents [as far as i know, i'm on OSX and it doesn't on it...dunno about windows]

you need a bit torrent client, we recommend quite a few in our FAQ [uTorrent and Azureus seem to be the most popular for PC users]

So you need to get software to download this stuff..then you will need further software to decode it and play it or burn it some of which you may already have.

ok i have downloaded a bit client, and see to have them working, but very very slow, i think i am firewalled i have read all the relevant stuff u have on it, but to a newb like me dosent make much sense, any lamens guides to speeding it up etc

yes, you are firewalled...i'll leave it up to those more knowlegable on that subject to help

but remember that with torrents, yer d/l speed is determined by the number of seeds and their u/l capabilities as well...so even once you resolve yer firewall issues, some torrents will still be slow moving because of the above

you are on old slow shows that have more limited seeders......generally if a show has a lot of seeds and one is not firewalled one can get the download going at a nice rate.
Your ratio will be appalling since you are after stale video currently...I did that when I first started...it makes sense to try to build up to downloading bigger file sets and things that have been on the tracker for a while.
For watching the video get VLC which is at VLC.org...be careful to match the version you use with your operating system.
