Which ISP?

I foolishly transfered to Talk Talk 16 months back (on an 18 month contract) and now need to find a better (read more tolerant) ISP when it comes to file sharing. Despite using PFConfig I am constantly Firewalled by Talk Talk.

Any suggestions? The only other unbundled ISP at my exchange is Orange.

Don't know your ISPs in UK, but try to stay away from adsl. Search for an ISP with fiber or VDSL2.
