Hey Now!
I just ran a FULL scan for malware on my computer that turned up an infected file in MakeTorrent 2. You might want to perform a complete scan of your system if you're using this.

But on the subject, certain files may show as a false positive depending on what AV program you use. You can always google the file name and see if you can get more info, as well as upload it to a site like virustotal.com.
