What to do in such case ?

It's been since this summer of 2009
that a trader contacted me and wanted to trade, I agreed
but I asked him to send first since he was the one who contacted me first.
After 3 months I didn't get anything from him, so I recontacted him and asked if he had sent anything he told me that he hasn't got the DVD he had chosen from my list.
I explained him one more time that I will be sending when I receive the DVD I asked.
He agreed so we dealt again.

For the second time it's been more than a month and half and I haven't got anything from him.

I haven't contacted him because I don't know what I should tell him.
Or whether I should call him a bad trader or not ?

Any suggestions ?

Don't bother contacting him again. It's likely not going to happen.

And don't bother to label him a bad trader. The trade never happened.

At least he flaked out without it costing you any money or too much time.

My guess is he was trying to set you up hoping that you would send first. I can't be sure, but that's my guess.

Mods you say don't bother listing him as a bad trader, is questionable trader an option? IMO it seems a little shady & if he was trying to rip this trader off, he's likely to continue trying untill he finds someone who will mail him some discs.

when after 3 months I recontacted him I told him :
if you like to keep on the track of trading you can't continue in this way in such case it could be that other traders call you a bad trader.
His reply was : nobody ever called me a bad trader.

and I never called him a bad trader (I just warned him)
And I don't really like calling a person a bad trader !!

but this is how I think:
a deal is a deal !
let's say if I was the person who contacted you first and we agreed to do a trade and you asked me to send first but I never sent the DVDs
What kind of trader would you consider me ?
I would say a bad trader because I didn't kept my word

most probably I won't recontact with him, because he isn't recontacting me.
And I think that if he had sent something he would have asked if I got the package or not !!
