IPOD HELP???

I need some help here: When i delete a CD from my Itunes, it will also delete from my Ipod, when i go to sync a different CD. I Unchecked the box for "sync only checked songs & videos", and then check the box for"manually manage music & videos". But when i do that, the CD i'm trying to sync, will NOT sync into the Ipod. Basically, NOTHING happens. Any HELP would be GREATLY appreciated, as the FRUSTRAION level is HIGH.

foobar has an ipod plugin. much more simple and it's not bloatware.

If you have checked "Manually Manage" you will have to click and drag the songs you want from your hard drive to tyour iPod icon in itunes. Very simple.
