I have several AVI files with VBR audio. I've noticed whenever I use one of these to author a DVD, the audio and video go out of sync to some extent.

Any suggestions? I've considered demuxing and converting audio to CBR but not sure how to do that or if it will even work.

All right, I'm currently trying Avi2dvd. If it's out of sync and I've wasted hours on this I'm gonna be very angry. I could be playing Civilization!! lol :D

I should mention on my latest one, it started out fine but at the end it was 3-4 seconds out of sync, the picture was faster than audio. Drives me crazy.

I used Avi2DVD and it works fine. Hooray!

I also noticed the source video on latest one was in PAL, slower fps than NTSC. Maybe part of it.

Avi2DVD isn't without its faults, failed the first time, log indicated it was the ISO file, so I unchecked "Make ISO" and then Vista tried to kill it, then I ran as admin and unchecked Make ISO and it worked. Yay.
