Help with md5checksums

I have a lot of high grade masters I have aquired over the years I can't seem to get the md5checKsums to open in windows I run Vista and it says it can't open the file I downladed at md5summer.org as stated your Help would be very much appreciated in helping me upload these great high quality shows

Hi many thanks for the help I use that at present my next step is to change to U torrent to try and get uploads to work :clap:
