U-torrent question

So I finally agreed to u-torrents prompt to upgrade my client; now have version 1.8.2 Seemed to load just fine and have no conflicts with firewall and get the green dot but after d-loading a torrent I tuned u back on and get error message that states "err0r, can't open torrent file". As I'm old and can't finger this chit out posted here to the good folks of TTD for some answers. As usual any help would be appreciated. :hmm:

Hmmm, did you try a couple different torrents? Did you download the file to your harddrive and then start it or did you start it directly from the thread?

Lynne, downloaded torrent and before went to work started u-torrent so I could "give-back" and saw that it wasn't working--so started from u-torrent
