TV or FM source?

Just got a show labled as SBD, now I'm wondering whether it is a TV source or a FM source...

Maybe TV? Does TV have a 16K carrier? FM is 19K.

maybe its just a sbd transferred on a substandard setup? is there an announcer on it?

What would cause what appears to be a 16K carrier if it's a soundboard transferred substandardly? That's what I find odd.

stock soundcard built into the motherboard. I saw this happen on an old p2 dell of mine. I could actually prevent the 'red stripe' at 16kHz by turning off the monitor during the capture! :lol:

no announcers at all on that show. pretty good sound considering. source unknown :(
