single banner rather than rotating??

i was just looking through the list of rotating banners and i fell in love with number 49 (Houses of the Holy).

is it possible to have this banner permanently static when i log on?

i'm not keen on rotating banners. i was just looking for this option in the User CP, but couldn't see it anywhere.

I have another suggestion in line with those per-user settings as pointed by J.C.

I don't think I've ever seen a feature like this on other forums, but, anyway... here it is:

Let the user customize his/her smilies quick/short list, either selecting them from the TTD smilies pool, or... uploading their own (:clap:).

There may be a thread somewhere around here where users ask for smilies, I can't remember, or just post some in here and I'll add some the next time I add smilies. I think there may be a mod regarding users customizing their own in the small list. I'd have to look around and see if it is for our version of vB.
