Uploading

I am very new to all this. I have a bunch of stuff I would like to upload but I would like help in how to do this. I have read all the FAQ's but for me it is hard to follow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would help if you are more specific about exactly what step in the FAQ you are having problems with. The Audio Seeding Policy will detail our 'rules' in that forum, and the Audio Seeding Guide should tell you the steps to go through to get a show ready for uploading. Are you having problems with a specific rule or step?
