from torrent to cd

how do i get my completed torrent from bittornado onto my cds? please help!:)

Find the folder you downloaded the torrent to. Bit Tornado will say where in the options.

Use Flac Frontend or Traders Little Helper to decode the files.

Then use a cd burning program to burn the wav files.

now it is saying flac.exe not found when i click decode or encode. i am brand new 2 thing so i really dont no what i am doing.
