What kind of cables would I need for a SBD recording?

You have to be prepared for whatever the sound guy gives you.

XLR + adaptors

1/8" + adaptors

1/4" + adaptors

Depending on his outputs and your inputs, you may need attenuators as well....

He may also give you RCA outs. I carry an RCA>1/8 cable and 2 XLR>RCA adapters.
