need help with rar files...

I've just spent a good amount of time, looking through the FAQs about rar files, and how to open them.

I had a good utility, until I had to reinstall Windows on my computer (and me, being an idiot, forgetting to save some of the programs!), now it's gone.

I'm pretty sure I'd gotten the program from something listed here, but I cannot find it anymore. Could anybody suggest a fairly idiot-proof program that will allow converting rar files to audio and/or video?

Any assistance would be great. Thanks! :)

I could'a swore there was something like "gorilla..." that did rar files, too; but a search didn't show anything. That was a pretty good, easy program. Anybody hear of that one?
