Sorry, bit of a newbie question here...

I've been trying to make a DVD out of Les Claypool's set at Echo Project 2007. I grabbed the .flv files from iClips and converted to .avi (I know, not exactly quality, but it's one of my favorite shows and I want to burn myself a DVD copy). I'm using ULead DVD MovieFactory, which came bundled with my Toshiba laptop, and every time I add the files to my project, it creates a separate title for each clip. So I clicked the "Join Videos" button, which combined them into a single title, with each avi file as a separate chapter (exactly what I wanted). However, the video becomes nothing but a black screen, although audio is intact. When I hit the "Separate Video" button, it split it back into titles with the video perfectly fine.

Is there some way for me to fix this? I doubt many people on this board use ULead, so my best course is probably to find a different program. I'm just not too fond of shellin out the cash for a program that might still not work, and I don't want to simply make a Video CD...

Please help!

Are all the files the same frame rate?

Downloaded DVD Architect trial.. still running into the same sort of problem. I think my only choice is going to be to get Vegas or something to combine them all into one video and then add chapter markers to that... ugh

Never mind...

Added files to Architect as Music/Video Compilation, which automatically fixed my problem. Silly me.
