I have no idea what should you do (i don't have it installed) but you can use DGIndex (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DGMPGDec) for demuxing. Very easy to use & no install need it.

ProjectX is great for demuxing. Just rip the DVD to your drive (don't demux with DVD Decrypter). Add the main large .VOB's (not the menus) to ProjectX in sequential order, then demux into one single .m2v file and one single audio file (.ac3, .wav, etc. whatever it is). It's free: http://download.videohelp.com/download/ProjectX_090.4.00.zip

Use IFO mode (press I in DVD Decrypter) and then go to the 'stream processing' tab and click the 'demux' checkbox.
Also, set File Splitting to 'none' - (Tools --> Settings --> IFO Mode) and set 'File Splitting' to None

Thanks, I found the exact same instructions in another forum.
I will try it.
