Converting SHN to AIFF with MAC OS X

Can someone help me please? Is there any freeware available for MAC OS X
that I can download to convert the SHN files to AIFF? I only know how to convert the Flac files using MacFlac. If anyone has any information on how to
do this, I would greatly appreciate it.
