Did I miss something... is this the next step in the "name and shame" discussion ~ (not to open that up again)?

How does the "Temporarily Ban xxxxx" work?
Is it a suggestion, an April fool joke, can anyone ban someone else, do you need a valid reason ?

We turned it on today as a joke to the whole site and we took the day off. It's still in effect for a few more hours, so ban away, if you feel the need.. they are temporary, so no real harm.
