Dime and Web Sheriff?

When I log onto to Dime, a page comes up saying "site blocked by Web Sheriff". So I simply click on this page and I go right to Dime, no problems. What gives? And what is the "Web Sheriff"? Never heard of it. Dime was down yesterday for maintenance.
