What's the best way to convert FLAC to ACC?

I have FLAC's I downloaded. I want to listen to them on my ipod to decide if I want to put them on a CD.

itunes doesn't recognize the FLACs. I need to convert them. What is the easiest way to do this?

I can use winamp to convert the FLACs to WAVs but my ipod is only 512mb, so I need to convert them. If I rip a CD in itunes, it will automatically make it a ACC in my ipod, but it doesn't work if I start with files.

Convert the wav files to mp3 and your iPod will play them just fine.
