So installed utorrent, got the green light and firewall cornfingered properly but my d-load speeds suck. Hear about great speeds other folks get while using this client but I seem to be capped at like 150/kbs. Thought more was a possibility so I'm here looking for suggestions and would definitely appreciate the feedback so thanks-a-bunch!

you're not downloading anything here right now.
and no matter where you are or where you go - it all depends on the swarm that your client attaches to.

if you want to see how fast you can download - jump on a heavily seeded torrent (100+ seeders) and it will move.
it all depends on your 'neighbors bandwidth' to seed out to you & you to them.

Yea I figured that and was just on a torrent with 350+ peers but speeds were still the same. speed test results down=1180kbps and the up is 310kbps. Confusing 4 sure!

1180kb = 150/KB
310kb = 40/KB

yup divide by 8 so I'm right on--nice to know they got me throttled back!
