im done with nero. it was a great tool until it shit the bed.



what other softwares are out there that i can use to perform these tasks?



i would use google but it doesnt help

TMPGEnc DVD Author is fairly easy to use. You're not going to make Hollywood quality menus but it can make something nice and can burn the result to disc.

Agreed, TMPGEnc is straight forward, not too hard to work with and you can get good results. DVD-lab Pro is another good program (once you learn your way around it), there is also Sony Vegas and DVD Architect, but that option is a bit more expensive.
