MAC user with PC/FLAC question

What program on PC's is most popular for converting FLAC back to WAV for CD burns?

I have some friends that use PC's and I never know what to tell them to use for this step. I'm always looking out for people with shows they have taped and introducing them to the world of bit torrent, so they can share their bounty with us all.
But I get stuck on some of the PC stuff being a MAC user.
If there is a good FAQ somewhere to steer them all to, please let me know.
