Photobucket links for avatar

I have always used photobucket for my avatars

But lately when I use a link the tracker rejects it for one reason or another saying its not a jpeg or its too big

any ideas??

What other hosting sites let you reduse to avatar size?

Use Microsoft paint. You can also save the image as any type.
