SA = stand alone

However, if you are talking about this torrent (http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?p=736740#post736740), then the problem was the conversion from PAL to NTSC. England is a country that uses PAL, so videos coming out of that country should be in PAL, whereas the video you uploaded was in NTSC. So, somewhere along the line, the PAL video was converted to NTSC which is a lossy process. If you received it in PAL (it wasn't clear in your notes if you authored it or received it as is), then it should not be converted to NTSC for seeding.

Here's a good resource (http://64.225.232.241/pal.htm) to see which countries use PAL. From this list, you can get a pretty good idea of whether the video being seeded should be in PAL or NTSC format or if it was converted prior to seeding. There are exceptions, of course, but usually it is spelled out in the notes why the video is an exception.
