I found this freeware on line was hoping it could stop comcrap from messing up torrents. I'm not sure how to put it all together. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/smsniff.html

well.. its you against them & them against you.
considering they own and control the pipes at the headend - i wouldnt bother.

kinda like when DOCSIS came to be.. a lot of us lost HUGE bandwidth.
Im still not getting the bandwidth in Fios that I had in the early cable modem days.

uncapping your modem/fighting sandvine is basically the same battle.
one you wont win. vote with your $$ & find an ISP alternative.

maybe a torrent client will mask traffic better.. but thats then & not now.
