No, this won't be your typical 'use the search' type of suggestion or links to other threads we 1st timers are always getting hit with. Finally, here is something a little detective work uncovered and it's easy to follow, step by step with screen shots and everything for us newborns. The burner s/w is free and installation is quick/simple. I was burning away in less than 5 minutes after the s/w install. Being on a really old drive (4x), I was watching my new dvd about 20 minutes later. Just what the doctor ordered. Now I can start freeing up the ol' hard disc for more downloads! :D
