If you have them in wav, you can get FlacFrontend to easily convert them to flac. Download it here (http://tinyurl.com/52nep/files/FLAC_frontend_etree1.7.1.zip) courtesy of uhclem's sig.

Make sure you don't have "delete input files" checked.

You'll need the FLAC binary (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/flac/flac-1.1.2-win.zip?download) too. Copy the files flac.exe and metaflac.exe to the directory where you install FLAC Frontend.

put all the WAV files into FLAC frontend, select "level 8", enable verify, and also enable "align on sector boundaries", too. When it's done clear the list in FLAC frontend, drag and drop all the FLACs into the frontend and hit "fingerprint" and put that file in the same folder. Write a text file including the setlist, etc and include that, too.
