can't seed my own post!

despite the fact that i've successfully uploaded 2 shows, my last 2 attempts have proved most troublesome.

once i get to the "YOUR SHOW WAS SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED" then click on the personalized torrent link, nothing happens.

might anyone have an idea of what might be happening / what i'm doing incorrectly?

i'd really like to get this process down as i'm a big fan of sharing music.

i'm using Transmission as my BT Client on OS X

can you download from the torrent link further down the thread that the other users download from? that should work as well. let us know...

Are you showing up on the Peers List at all, but just not as a seeder or what? If it is the case of just not showing up as a seeder, take a look at this: http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/faq.php?faq=bittorrent#faq_wrong_folder If that doesn't help, perhaps a bit more information.

i'm showing up as a leecher. i'm going to check out the link you sent me right now. thanks as well for the other checksum info you have furnished.

^^ if you are showing up as a leech with 0%, you are probably not pointing the .torrent client to your existing data folder (where all the files in the .torrent were hashed from).

If it shows you as a leech at something like 97% or so, one or more of the files may have been changed AFTER you hashed the .torrent file.

When you show as a leech, what does the completion field read? (%)
