"Request read receipt" when sending PMs

Is there a way to turn it off? Whenever I reply to a PM, this box pops up and asks whether I want to request a read receipt. You have to click "yes" or it won't send, so why the popup?

You can also hit 'Cancel' and then it will send the PM without requesting a Read Receipt.

I'd have to fiddle with the code to make it an option, but I think I can make it another option in your Control Panel and whether you want it to always ask you or whether you want it to just assume you don't want one and not ask you.

I got rid of the pop-up and made it a checkbox option below the PM box. Request Read Receipt is checked by default.
