etrust ez armor question

i recently switched to etrust ez armor (anit virus and anti spam, i didn't load the fire wall) through my internet cable company, time warner cable road runner, now i can't get the green light when i try to down load a show, can anyone help me out, thanks in advance

Can you confirm that it's the program that's causing the error? Shut the program down, and see if you're still getting the yellow lights.

i still get the yellow light when i turn off the program. also when i access the torrent, i get the message "no disk in drive device/harddisk/dr4" for every cd/dvd drive that my computer has. thanks in advance
