If you want to convert SHN to flac

What programs are allowed or best?
I know it is ok to convert SHN to flac before seeding it here at TTD.
Is it ok with for example dBpoweramp.

you can use any program you like, the all call on the same binaries to do the work.

just make sure you verify it. generate shntool md5 (st5) checksums from the SHN set and the resulting FLAC set and check that the 32 character hashes match exactly. than add the conversion to the lineage with a note that it is st5-verified to be exactly perfect.
