How come I can't join a vine?

I really want to join on that Pink Floyd vine, especially since it will come my way, just wondering why it says I can't. . .and can a mod fix it? :(

No, a mod can't fix it, the only person who can fix it is you. There are several other Stickies you need to read in the Vines forum, so I suggest you go to the forum and scroll down to the threads and read the four stickies.
