Trying to Understand Error Message re: Seeding

I just posted a torrent file, this is my first time making a file or being the initial seeder. I am having difficulty getting the seeding to start. I place the file into BitTorrent and receive the error messages posted below. I'm wondering if this may indicate something in particular I did wrong in the torrent creation. Is anyone familiar with these error messages? Thanks for any help!

In order to seed the show, you must download the torrent from the thread and then seed with that one. It gets personalized upon download (a passkey is added) and if you try to seed with the original torrent, you will get the error you got.

hmm...now i'm getting this message:
