First of all, Laurence is very demanding guy. But deservedly so.
Some of his stuff is very rare and lots of masters and low generation shows are present on his list.
Correct chapters, not pixelated conversions... Great shows.
Excellent communication and cooperation. Brilliant ideas like a preview disk for possible future trades instead of sending screenshots.
Fair and honest when reviewing shows you have sent.
